While the incident occurred, a woman rushed in to confront the individual. In the video, she is heard screaming angrily, "Aap pagal ho kya, aap jaanwar ho kya?" (Are you mad? Are you an animal?), expressing her shock and fury at the brutality. The camera then zooms in on the dog, with its paws smeared in blood, most probably from the dragging.

This shocking incident took place in the Balicha area of Udaipur, where strong protests erupted among the locals against such an inhumane act. Eyewitnesses said the man apologized amid backlash and attempted to flee the scene.
